Welcome to the NPM Section for Youth!

If you are passionate about ministry, music in worship, and consider yourself to be a youth, this is the place for you! NPM recognizes the many pastoral and musical gifts that youth have, and we offer our support through formation and providing a forum for networking with peers and mentors.

NPM offers many formation opportunities for young pastoral musicians through its conventions, institutes, and publications. See our NPM Events page for convention and institute highlights for youth.

NPM networks with several organizations that focus on worship, liturgical music, or youth-specific topics. In addition, NPM seeks to highlight external events that may be of special interest to youth. Visit our Resources page for more information.

NPM offers a special reduced-rate membership for youth (click here to join) and also lends its financial support to those who are pursuing post-secondary education in the field of pastoral music through Scholarships. For those who cannot afford to attend a convention or institute, NPM offers scholarships to help defray the associated costs; see NPM Program Scholarships for information.
