Hotel Information and Reservations

All hotels are within walking distance of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. All room reservations must be made directly
with the hotel. Please do not call NPM for hotel reservations.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or check for one night deposit and are the sole responsibility of
the person making the reservation. Convention room rates are available from July 17 through July 28, subject to availability.
Rooms are available on a first-come first-served space-available basis. Reserve your room early for the best chance to get your
hotel preference. The deadline for reservations is June 30, 2012. Please book early.

Convention Hotels

	1. Westin Convention Center, 1000 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. For reservations call (412) 281-3700 or book online. In the center of the business and cultural district, the Westin Convention Center offers free internet access, cardiovascular equipment, and a lap pool. The Westin is connected by skywalk to the convention center. All guest rooms and suites feature downtown or river views.

Since 1916, the Omni William Penn Hotel has captivated guests with its striking beauty and charming elegance. Located in the heart of downtown, this historic landmark has been elegantly renovated for the twenty-first century traveler. In addition to its downtown location, the Hampton Inn and Suites offers free parking, a free breakfast area, a fitness center, and a pool. Less than two blocks from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
	6. Courtyard by Marriott—Pittsburgh Downtown, 945 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222. For reservations call (412) 434-5551 and identify yourself as part of the National Association of Pastoral Musicians group. The Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown was meticulously renovated from four historical buildings. In the heart of the cultural district and conveniently located among downtown businesses, the Strip District, Station Square, PNC Park, and Heinz Field, it is near the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Fitness center. Free wired and wireless internet access.
