The NPM Clearinghouse

Many parishes have expressed a willingness to donate hymnals, music, and various other items to assist parishes in need. This page is provided to help them to make connections with communities in need of their assistance.

• We invite parishes in need of assistance to send a message to npmsing@npm.org describing the kinds of items that would help them.
• We invite assisting parishes and individuals to send a message to npmsing@npm.org describing items that they could contribute.

Please include the name of a contact person along with e-mail address, phone number, and the name and city of the parish.
We will post these messages along with the e-mail address of the sender, so that parishes in need can make contact with individuals and parishes that would like to assist them.

We are located on the gulf coast and Hurricane Katrina flooded 93% of the buildings in our city.  Our school's weekly masses are held at the church on site and we are in need of several copies of the blue hardcover Glory & Praise, as well as any accompaniments that might be available.  Our choir consists of about 15 singers, 4 guitars, 1 flute, 1 violin, 1 drummer and 1 piano.  Our school has 185 students.  The hymnals would also serve the parishioners of the church.

Janesville Consolidated School, Janesville, IA, has approximately 50 maroon choir robes with white satin insets on the bottom of the sleeves, and 40 white satin stoles we would be glad to donate to any church (New Orleans or elsewhere) which is in need of them. We have 300 Glory and Praise Comprehensive hymnals in good to fair condition.  We also have 8 three book sets of Keyboard Accompaniment (choral parts are in these) and one two book set of Guitar Accompaniment.
